Follow-up procedure after reservation and Conditions

You will first receive a confirmation of the reservation.
We will send you a rental contract by email, which you can then sign, scan and return by email. Below you can download a sample rental contract.
Know that: Our and your rights and obligations are guaranteed by signing a rental contract.
You will receive the invoice approximately 3/4 weeks before arrival.
You will receive the travel information in the Guest Guide App link 2/7 days before departure. With this download link, all travel and accommodation information is available to you online.
Last minute bookings
If your booking was made 1 to 2 weeks before departure, you will receive a rental contract and an invoice within 1 day. You can sign the rental contract and send it back to us directly by email. Regarding the invoice, you can add your proof of payment from the bank as an extra attachment to the email.
Once your payment has been received by us, we will immediately send the travel information via email.

Flexible cancellation
Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to us by post or email.
No additional costs will be charged. Changing the travel date is free.
Please note: The cancellation policy has been adjusted.
From now on you can always cancel for free.
We do not require a down payment when making a reservation, so you are even more flexible.

Cleaning during pandemics
We disinfect surfaces that are frequently touched
We ensure that after each final cleaning there is at least 24 hours during which no one can enter the property.
We use cleaning products and disinfectants approved by global health organizations.
We comply with local laws, including additional safety and cleaning guidelines.
Check-in check-uit:

You can check in between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment or bungalow no later than 10:00 am.

In order to conduct a thorough cleaning, we must strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times.

At the request of the Spanish authorities, we are obliged to register your details before checking in at the property.

Our Airport Pick-Up/Drop-Off service is only available in the winter months from November to April.
Mandatory registration for * Marlaska Decree 01-2023 Spanish legislation.
The new law requires tourists to provide their identity details, gender, home address, telephone numbers and payment methods. You must also provide nationality, email address and number of travelers. If minors are traveling, the relationship between the adult and the minor tourist must be stated. (also read article Click here)
We will request this information via a rental contract so that we can comply with the declaration obligations.
